OK, Can confirm it is based on the characters age and not the account age. I started another alt on a 1 yr old account, bought the accelerator off Jita contracts, consumed it, and the training time is down.

I have been looking for a lowish skill toon to have a go at FW. Something that can use an AF with T2 guns. Not sure if there is a demand for those though, or even what one would pay for them.

Why a BS? Why not a Tengu?? Cheaper and with a T2 fit can do any lvL4.

Get a TENGU :) Hull costs round 200mil maybe another 200mil for subs and with a t2 fit can do any lvl4. Nice to have some Navy BCS @ 100mil each so 700mil gets you a damn good PvE ship at a smaller cost than a marauder and is quicker to train.
